Business and Economics Academy of Milwaukee, Inc. (BEAM)
Business and Economics Academy of Milwaukee, Inc. (BEAM) is a tuition free, public Charter School. BEAM is the first school of its kind in Milwaukee, where, in addition to the traditional curriculum, the school specializes in teaching its students and parents and guardians how to become financially accountable and successful.
BEAM features an innovative business and economics curriculum. The school focuses on themes relating to personal finance, entrepreneurship and the basics of a market economy. Students learn skills such as basic banking, personal budgeting, and problem solving. After school activities include the Millionaires Club and two student-run school businesses.
